Meet Maplefern Kitchen, the vision of Chef Clayton Bellman and his family, built around big flavours, hot sauces and a dream to take their food on the road.

Clayton came to us with a vision for what his food truck business could be, and we had the privilege of bringing the truck behind that vision to life.

From the commercial setup inside to the unmistakable Maplefern branding outside, every part of this build was created around Clayton’s business and how he wanted to bring it to his customers.

Now, after making the journey from Tasmania, Maplefern Kitchen has officially arrived in Western Australia and is ready to hit the road! 🙌

Larger, highly customised or specialised builds can take a little longer depending on the scope and engineering involved.

Food Trailer
