Super happy!!!
How Dam awesome is this 1940s Ford F truck.
Full Custom rig brought over from the states, a Ford body swap on an early 2000s Chevy c10 chassis with Chev Vortec Small Block V8 riding on airbags.... That sits literally chassis to the ground as the hand brake.

This came to us with a pretty horrendous rusty mild steel exhaust that was recently done her in qld, dumping under the cab with a single Chinese tin can muffler the that was so bad the owner didn't want to drive it. Was absolutely horrible drumming, cackling mess.

Basically our job was to make it sound good, drop the sound to better than bareable and of Course work with the airbags.

So of course a A 100% bespoke one off custom dual 2.5" 304 grade stainless exhaust was hand made.
2.5" From the headers with a long X pipe merge, into dual 14 " long oval .
The tricky part was up over the diff housing avoiding all arms that move nearly 6 inches from high to low settings, then out the sides for the thru the guard outlets.

You won't believe the difference in the sound. The combo of All the bends, the extended X pipe merge and the absolutely exceptional hand made makes it sound so perfect. Idles with cam lumpyness, cruises near quiet but truly comes Alive when at full Throttle with a smooth absolutely no rasp or cackle V8 howl!!!!

We are 100% over the moon with the out come of this one. The customer was truly happy with the final result.

Brm Brm.
Needing to breath!!!
3 inch header back exhaust for this Honda Accord Euro.
The Highish revving 2.4litre 4 cylinder K24 engine makes great power for naturally aspirated and most tuners recommend a 3inch over 2.5inch exhaust for tuning.

So 3 inch it is.
Problem.... Noise. NA 4 cylinders are loud with a 3 inch exhaust.
We made a nice all stainless mandrel bent exhaust 2.5" off the factory shorty 4-1 header into a 12" long megaphone expansion chamber (much the same as all the good header brands build into their outlet), 3" 200cell cat converter, 3x 3" lukey 5" round 12" long Mufflers thru the centre all the way at the back a super sexy solid as a rock Euro specific hung muffler that is 10" wide 7" tall and 15" long.

This stunning piece of art comes with the 3.5" tip and hangers complete ready to hang making the finishing that bit quicker and easier.

The out come. It's great. In car noise idling and highway cruising is absolutely minimal but When you floor it.. She sings with all her lungs but not a single hint of Honda raspy mess!!!!!
Oh and when it cracks VTEC. Shhheeesh. She screeeams.

To be honest. We made it initially with a basic 8*4" oval muffler at the back trying to stay in budget. It was ear bleeding awful.
The drone and vibration was horrendous and completely unbearable.
But over night shipping from Sydney and the SP made to fit muffler has completely saved the day. Yes You get what you pay for. The budget one was bad... The expensive one is amazing.

Aussie made perfection!!

How lucky are we, two custom exhaust jobs within 2 weeks of each other where both customers optioned the beautiful Aussie made for their car.
These Mufflers are simply stunning. The noise surpression these Mufflers have is quite incredible.

Both will be shown soon.

The whole car may not be shown. But the exhaust can.
Sexy Tig welded stainless mandrel piping with 2 trying to tame the volume.

This ones near finished. Then we are straight into intercooler piping on a rotary and then an exhaust on a Honda.
Hoping to keep this page content flowing now we finally have full access again.

A little bit of fun adding some 3.5inch stainless dump pipes on the back of our workshop run around Isuzu NPR Truck.

One of our recent jobs was a nice simple Custom dual 3 inch turbo back system on an ML63 AMG.
Hand made using 304 grade stainless mandrel bends all Tig welded with Dual 200 cell high flow stainless steel cat converters single X Pipe and no mufflers straight to the factory bumper bar exhaust outlets.
This one definitely had that distinctive AMG twin turbo V8 burble and turbo noises.

Chev Silverado LTZ 1500

TOOO QUIET!!!
Brand spanking new Silverado 1500 with the LS3 6.2 that was sooo quiet you couldn't hear a thing..... But we fixed that.
Stainless steel 3.5 inch from the back of the factory catalytic converter,
-Big body oval muffler,
-hand made Y pipe to split into dual 3 inch up over the diff
-Dual resonators one each side and out the back through the factory tips.

Now you can hear it!!! Just a nice purrrr, not a big rumble. But just enough to make it sound right!!! After the exhaust this Chev went off to get a Walkinshaw Supercharger kit to pump the horsepower up into the 600s.
