🔧 No hoist, no workshop, no worries. This water pump replacement was done on the driveway — front end off, old pump out, new one in, back on the road without the car ever leaving home.

If your temp gauge has been creeping up or you've spotted coolant on the driveway, a failing water pump is one of the first places we look. Catch it early and it's a repair. Leave it, and overheating can take the engine with it.

We come to you across the Gold Coast.

Modern diesel engines can gradually build up carbon, soot and oily deposits throughout the intake system.

Over time, this buildup can restrict airflow and potentially affect how efficiently the engine performs.

That's where a professional intake clean and decarbon service can make a significant difference.

At Coastwide Service Centre, we use specialised cleaning processes, including ultrasonic cleaning, to remove stubborn buildup from intake components and restore them to a much cleaner condition.

If your diesel is experiencing things like:

✔️ Reduced performance
✔️ Poor fuel economy
✔️ Restricted airflow
✔️ Excessive carbon and soot buildup

…it may be worth having the intake system inspected.

Regular servicing is about more than simply changing the oil and filters. For modern diesel engines, addressing carbon buildup can be an important part of keeping everything operating as it should.

Before ➡️ After. Almost like new.

Ever wondered what your engine looks like on the inside? 👀🔧

There's a lot of precision engineering happening beneath the surface. From the crankshaft and oiling system to timing components and internal passages, every part needs to work together perfectly to keep your engine running smoothly.

This is what it looks like when an engine comes apart — and it's a great reminder that diagnosing and repairing complex engine issues takes knowledge, experience and precision.

Because sometimes, the problem is deeper than you think.

Your car can tell us a lot. You just need the right tools to understand it.

Modern vehicles rely on onboard computers to monitor a huge range of systems. When something isn't working properly, your vehicle can store fault codes and important diagnostic information.

With Electronic Computer Scanning (ECS) at Coastwide Service Centre, we can access this information to help identify what may be causing an issue.

Our diagnostic scanning can help check:

⚙️ Engine and performance systems
🚨 Fault codes and warning lights
📊 Sensor readings and system data
🛑 Safety-related systems
🔧 Potential issues requiring further investigation

Less guesswork. More accurate diagnosis.

If something doesn't feel right, or a warning light has appeared, book your vehicle in with Coastwide Service Centre.
