Hey everyone,
Something I see all too often is customers buying cars not knowing what they're looking at and unfortunately sometimes end up with a lemon.
At shields Automotive we offer free pre purchase inspections for all regular service customers who are looking at purchasing a car.
We can inspect the car at the workshop free of charge for regular service customers and let you know if it's worth buying, BEFORE you spend your hard earned money.

As we approach 5 years since taking over the business I’d like to thank all of our customers for their continued loyalty & support.

We greatly value our regular service customers. Regular customers will receive priority when requesting a booking for a service or rego inspection.
As always we will try to be as accomodating as possible with all booking requests.

Happy new year everyone, we’re well and truely back into it for 2026.
As a fair few customers would’ve already seen, over the Christmas break I put some love into the office/waiting room. I would ask that everyone please presents to the office on arrival, entering through the main office door as shown in the photo below. There is a chime on the door so I will hear when you enter, if I’m not immediately with you please be patient and I will be with you in the office as soon as possible.
For your safety please do not enter the workshop.

The workshop will be closing over the Christmas, new year period.
I will be closed from Friday 19th Dec - Monday 5th Jan.
I am taking bookings for the new year, this last week is completely full.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a heads up about some time off I have coming up. The workshop will be closed on Thursday 16th October and will be back open on Monday 27th October. As always I will be as accomodating as possible with everyone’s bookings, however online bookings and the phone will not be monitored during this time away. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Hey everyone, it’s been a crazy start to 2025! I appreciate all the business and support, doing my best to keep up and get through it all.
The workshop will be closed this coming week (17th Feb-20th Feb). I’ll be back as normal Monday 24th Feb working our usual hours of 9-6 MONDAY - THURSDAY.
online booking requests will be monitored during this time so feel free to jump on our website and submit a booking request if you’d like to book in.

G‘Day everyone,
it’s been another crazy busy year at Shields Automotive.
We’d like to thank everyone for the continued support!
We have limited spots available to squeeze in a few more services before Christmas.
We will be having a bit of a different break this year, we will close Friday 22nd December and reopen Tuesday 2nd January.
We will then close again Wednesday 24th January and reopen Monday 12th February.
