This is sad. A very big loss. Restored Cars Magazine ceases production, as a new owner cannot be found. This has been the restorers digest for 52 years, the Bible for locating specialist businesses related to Restoration. I wish Eddie, Jeanette & Anita all the best for their future. I'm sure we are all very appreciative of your dedication and enthusiasm you have invested into this great 52 year magazine run.

TJ and TK Bedford Steering couplings (NOS Bedford U.K.) are up on the Website again but theres only 7.. so jump on one. **Link is posted in the comments** I have been searching the remnants all around the world.
P**istanis say they make them.. but I'm not stocking P**i parts here as no one has certified them and l have seen how they make parts.. too scary to stake my name on that junk.

So I get a call. "Hello Vintage Truck Supplies". Caller.. Hi l bought this restored & rare 1935 model Truck, l believe there's only two remaining in the world, I'm wondering how good the 6 cylinder engines are, this ones been fully reconditioned by the seller and isn't run in yet."
Me.. "They are a tried and true engine it will last and go well." Caller... "oh because I'm thinking I will swap the engine for a Cummins." I say.. "Well thats a whole different road to travel, you will be required to swap the whole drive train, fit 2 speed wipers, seat belts, power brakes who knows?" Caller.. "yeah that doesn't matter I have plenty of money and it must keep up with modern traffic".. Me.. "oh well your truck mate."
If you want to 'Keep up with modern traffic, then drive a modern car... why destroy a rare vehicle. Maybe I'm alone with this attitude, l don't know, but if there's only 2 or so left in existence, then maybe it should be protected. If there's hundreds out there, it isn't the same thing.
Rolling my eyes here lol 🙄🙄

It's great getting photos of customers Vehicles. Heres Dougs 1932 Bedford W model. This was only the year of production so is a real rare survivor living near Hobart in Kingston Tasmania. It is pictured with a Vauxhall Scooter Car on the back which had extremely low single digit production apparently.
