The property boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 living, 2 kitchens, 2 baths and plenty of parking. Multiple living areas across split levels make it perfect for either single families or multiple to share. Each level is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 living, 1 bath, 1 kitchen, PS3, Apple TV, high-speed NBN and AC. The outdoor spaces include upstairs balcony, front verandah, rear entertainment area overlooking a large yard. There is also and lockup single garage to store all your gear.

Middleton is one of the best places in the state to learn to surf - long, forgiving beach breaks and a surf school right there when you want a lesson!

Bring your own boards or hire down the road. Either way the kids come home wrecked, salty and happy, which is the whole point of a school holiday.

It's been a while between posts…. but the shack's been busy and the beach hasn't gone anywhere!

Middleton's doing its thing: empty stretches of sand, clean lines rolling in, and that walk down the steps that never gets old.

October school holidays are close (26 Sept - 11 Oct) and we've still got dates open. Summer bookings are open too.
