This is a high energy oil pan that iv modified for a 355 Holden. It now has an external oil pick up and a custom baffle box with gates and meshed sides and a new windage tray. iv made this so it can all be pulled apart and cleaned whenever needed. Iv also gotten rid of the original oil drain set up as it never fully drains the dirty oil out so iv machined up a b**g, tapped it and welded onto the outside of the pan this way it drains all the oil out during service. A lot of time, measuring and thought has gone into this oil pan.

SBC 882 heads I done for a customers ski boat. These heads were in pretty bad shape to start with so they went into the acid tank for a few days for a clean. Then pressure test/ crack test. K line valve guide liners were installed then honed to size. Once that was done they were on to the machine and valve seats were counterbored and new hardened seat inserts were installed in both intake and exhaust as they were in pretty bad shape and this also eliminates the chance of cracking in between the seats as these heads are prone for. Next up I did a small pocket port to clean up the casting and let them breath a little better. Then back into the machine and multi angle valve seats were cut to suit the new 1.940 intake and 1.600 exhaust valves and the heads were then machined for .500 positive valve stem seals. After that the heads were then surfaced, final check over , washed up and assembled with new LT1 valve springs new retainers and locks.
