Single turbo kit for Jules neat little Mazda. I've been honoured with the pleasure to work on this car a few times over a good few years, originally being naturally aspirated. Now Jules has upped the ante. I cant wait to see this car hit the road in its new form!

Custom fabrication from the exhaust manifold to the exhaust tip and everything in between. Sporting AES Racing Mufflers šŸ‘Œ unfortunately one had to be modified to clear the body of the rx3 as there's a non factory bar that runs along where the muffler should be.

VL BC Racing Australia coilovers knocked up for Niche Automotive.

Cut, blasted, cleaned, welded and painted.

A root pass and two cap runs were completed with a wire down after each pass to ensure no cracks were popping up after each pass.

Blakeā€™s Civic is all finished up fabrication wise for now, Next up is wiring and bodywork, followed by the AWD gear going in. Once thatā€™s all sorted, itā€™ll be back in the shop to get the exhaust finished off.

- 2.5" to 3" aluminium coolerpipes fastened using Taarks wiggins clamps.
- 3.5" stainless steel dump pipe.
- 44mm Stainless Steel Screamer.

Beautiful vintage Excelsior in for a few things, rear fender support bracket, fork brace, engine stabiliser mount, aluminium catch can and foot barrier.

The engine stabiliser was a fun one, designed and 3d printed in house as a proof of concept before committing to laser cutting, which came up a treat, neatly tucked under the fuel tank.

Now for a few finishing touches and David Pugliesi will be tearing the beach a new one.
