Some of our new Terminal Tractors are officially on the job. đź’Ş

First Transport has hired 4 tugs and 6 flat tops to support work on the North East Link tunnel project, moving smoke duct components above and below ground.

The tugs were fitted to meet site safety requirements and are already making an impression, with several likely to stay on beyond the initial 6–8 week hire.

Great to support a husband-and-wife founded transport business, built from the ground up.

New to our rental fleet, these Terminal Tractors (Yard Tugs) are built to move heavy trailers around yards, depots and terminals safely and efficiently.

With 85t GCW for B-doubles, 34t lift capacity, fifth wheel and Ringfeder couplings, rear cab access, UHF radio, cameras and a comprehensive safety package, they’re ready to get to work.

Helping keep Metal 21 moving when downtime wasn’t an option.

When their Rigid HR truck was taken off the road for major repairs, their mechanic recommended giving TR Group a call.

The timing was perfect, and Alex was able to hand over the keys to a brand-new Isuzu HR flat top rental truck to General Manager Drew Orton.

Our Brisbane team was stoked to help keep their deliveries moving across Greater Brisbane, from Nerang on the Gold Coast to Caboolture on the Sunshine Coast.

From a short term rental enquiry to a long term leasing partnership.

Jamal and Sam recently handed over the keys to this new Isuzu to Andy from dplr based in Sydney, replacing their older, smaller 4x2 truck.

The relationship began with a rental enquiry last year and grew after Jamal met with Andy and Operations Manager Dave to discuss TR Group’s wider rental and leasing options.
With greater capacity and improved safety features, this new truck will help dplr transport more lighting, staging and event equipment in every load.

They’re also looking to transition more of their fleet to leasing over time, and we’re proud to support them as their business continues to grow.

Handover day!

This week, Pete had the pleasure of handing over the keys to this impressive new Mack Super-Liner to Chris and Ben from Pacific Fuel Solutions.

We’ve been working with the Pacific Fuel Solutions team for the past couple of years and we’re proud to have them as valued TR Group lease customers.

A big thank you to Leigh and the team at CMV Truck & Bus for all the work that went into getting this awesome rig on the road.
