Every single tool that benefits a small business is being taken away. Been inspired by Thomas Hawley recently with these posts, and when I saw this news come up I had to speak my mind on it. Can anyone explain how these changes benefit small businesses or customers?!

It’s always nice to be able to have a chat to great clients and find out what they liked/didn’t like about the experience in order to keep improving constantly. This is a quick chat about what made Rick feel comfortable when he first enquired about having his Geely Ceramic Coated!

Australian Small Businesses getting rinsed as usual. I wonder if the card fee will go away when I pay my next BAS with my credit card?

I’ve had this EXACT phone call hundreds of times… ⬇️

“It sounds great and I’d love to go with you, but I have gotten a couple of other quotes that are cheaper, so I need to think about what I want to do…”

“Who would you choose if we were all the same price?”

“Oh, you.”

“That’s why I’m a little more expensive ☺️”

I don’t blame people for feeling confused when navigating the world of quotes because the instinct is to price shop like we would for products, (like I just did TENACIOUSLY when buying a new pair of headphones), but the most fool-proof way to get the best quote for what you want is this. ⬇️

Find THE place that you want to get your car worked on by, and pay what they charge. Because nobody else actually offers what they do, because how a business is run varies between each studio more than you’d expect and hoping one business can run like another is just taking a gamble with your money. Put your money where you trust the most, and it will be the best money you can spend.

Like I’ve just done with hiring Chameen Ekanayake to do my videography/media. Pick the place you trust, and pay them. The results are never more likely to be in your favour.

How could I run a business built around paint protection and not step up to the plate? 🍽️

This is something that I’ve never felt ready for, but there was a first day for everyone and I’m only 26. If there was ever a time to lean into hard work, new challenges and take advantage of the fact I don’t have any hair to pull out over it, it’s now!

The work will be done across a few days, and will be A Grade, with Seano Wraps at the helm. I don’t want to spend the next year learning bad habits on my own in bits and pieces, so if I stand by the advice I give others about doing detailing training through someone like me, I have to walk the walk and get trained by a real pro.

To all of the best PPF installers that follow me, enjoy watching the learning curve in some content! And to all of my clients, don’t worry. I may have to replace a few pieces during the install, but I’ll never let your car get damaged ❤️🥰

“What a privilege to be tired from the work that you begged the universe for. What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by growth you dreamed of, and what a privilege to be challenged by a life that you created on purpose… a privilege to outgrow things you once settled for”
