I’ve had this EXACT phone call hundreds of times… ⬇️
“It sounds great and I’d love to go with you, but I have gotten a couple of other quotes that are cheaper, so I need to think about what I want to do…”
“Who would you choose if we were all the same price?”
“Oh, you.”
“That’s why I’m a little more expensive ☺️”
I don’t blame people for feeling confused when navigating the world of quotes because the instinct is to price shop like we would for products, (like I just did TENACIOUSLY when buying a new pair of headphones), but the most fool-proof way to get the best quote for what you want is this. ⬇️
Find THE place that you want to get your car worked on by, and pay what they charge. Because nobody else actually offers what they do, because how a business is run varies between each studio more than you’d expect and hoping one business can run like another is just taking a gamble with your money. Put your money where you trust the most, and it will be the best money you can spend.
Like I’ve just done with hiring Chameen Ekanayake to do my videography/media. Pick the place you trust, and pay them. The results are never more likely to be in your favour.
