Cut. Weld. Build. Send.

This Mini just went from restricted… to unleashed. We took this supercharged Mini and engineered a custom exhaust system to match its setup.

Final result? Faster response, better sound, and a car that’s ready to tear up the track!

Sound on for the last clips 🔊

Got a build that needs proper fabrication? Comment WELD and let’s talk 👊

One little blue pocket 🚀 coming right up.

We channelled our inner fast & furious for this one (couldn't find Hector with his spoon engines, motec system exhausts or t66 turbos tho)

This lovely FK8 Type R came to us stock as a rock and we gave it a little bump in the go fast department.

✅️ dump pipe
✅️ Q300 exhaust system
✅️ high flow intake pipe upgrade
✅️ airbox
✅️ intercooler
✅️ charge pipe upgrade

So now it makes all the right noises as well as a nice boost in performance.

But that isn't possible without the right tune on board, so with a custom .performance ecu calibration it now goes as good as it looks and sounds, with a staggering 252.6kw at the front wheels, which is mighty impressive from some fairly basic mods.

What a weekend!! It was a round of learning and improving over the weekend and we had everything come at us.

Race 2 on Sunday morning we had some pace which saw us move forward a few places, but safety cars hindered our momentum. A late race restart with minimal time left, we had a crack and unfortunately it left us with a bloody nose from contact in the last lap which we incurred a penalty for which relegated us down the back of the grid for race 3.

Race 3 we were locked in and keen for a big move forward and we showed great pace, right up until the point we lost a drive belt and we're forced to retire, but as they say, that's motorsport.

All in all, a good weekend, full of a spectrum of emotions that we will learn a lot from to take away with us. Jesse did an amazing job in his first hit out in a tin top and we are all very proud and impressed with his efforts. Hopefully we can all do it again, because despite our roadblocks over the weekend, everyone had a lot of fun and laughs which is why we love motorsport. A big thanks to everyone that made the weekend possible, as we all know, this is a team sport and it only happens with a good team.

It was wet, it was sunny, it was calm, it was wild.

Today threw everything at us, but we keep on kicking.

Qualifying this morning was a bit wet and wild and unfortunately we were caught out by red flags just as we were on for a lap, which meant we started out of P15.

Race 1 saw some improved conditions, so we were able to bolt on our new slicks to have a crack and we were making some great progress, before a small slip up at Lukey Heights put us off track and at the rear. Right at this point, Jesse showed us what he can do by getting his way back through the field and clawed his way back to P14 with no front splitter and dirty tyres, a great recovery in what is his first Porsche race which is hugely impressive leading into tomorrow.

That as they say, is motorsport, so we have our eyes on further improvements for tomorrow with 2 more races to round out the weekend.

With all the craziness of the weekend and the start of the week, we couldn't forget the other team member flying the Pinnacle flag and that was Trav in his Pinnacle prepared Excel in as part of Round 2 with

Trav had a tricky start to the weekend chasing setup, but still managed 2nd in the U1600cc class.

Race 1 wasn't ideal with a spin at Turn 1 while leading which forced him to fight back through the pack to finish P6.

Race 2 was much more to our liking, recovering back with a solid P3.

Finally in Race 3, he managed a stout P2 which means he leaves Round 2 in a strong championship position.

So it's now time for a tweak or two, then onto Round 3 at Winton at the start of May.

🚨🚨🚨 DRIVER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨🚨🚨

We are very excited to announce that we have a new driver in our line up.

Jesse Lacey will be joining the Pinnacle team for Round 1 of the Porsche Motorsport Australia Michelin Sprint Challenge this weekend at Phillip Island.

Jesse has been competing on a global stage in open wheelers and takes the next step in his journey jumping into the Favrte Racing Cup Car.

A massive thankyou goes to Travis for helping this happen and we hope you will all help us in welcoming Jesse to the team. If you are down at Phillip Island this weekend, come and say hi and meet the team.
