Here’s a bit of a late recap of our Brisbane Jamboree 2026 as we have been absolutely off our feet at VMP since getting back.

It was the first time we have raced in 1/4 mile trim since Adelaide Jambo in October 2025 and we were really looking forward to sending it.

We struggled a bit on Friday testing and Q1 with tyre shake but then it started to come together on the Saturday for Q2 and Q3. We managed to top qualify with a 5.41@265mph and that was officially the quickest pass in Jamboree history. Something we’re very proud of.

Sunday was race day and we were lucky with a couple of our rounds with a chute popping out early in one round and we shredded a few blower belts in the others. Luckily in the final with our mate Joe Gauci we were quick enough early in the pass because we broke a belt at 3.7 seconds but still managed to run a 5.53 to take the win. It was pretty cool to win one of the biggest events in the country back to back years now.

Our team are the best and the main reason behind our success. In the last 3 events we have ran 5 national records as well as 🚦Willowbank Raceway🚦 track records. Paul Mouhayet steers this ship and the work he puts in is next level. Andrew Micallef, Stef Radovanovic, Manny Debrincat, Dougie Pierazzi, David Wright, Ryan Bentley and Adam Popovic have been with us from the start. The work these guys put in on race day is next level. Thanks boys.

😳 ROUND 2… THAT GOT INTERESTING! 🪂🔥

Early into the pass, one of the parachutes shook loose and deployed, slowing the Camaro down mid run. 😬

💪But Ricca pushed through and STILL managed to take the WIN with a 6.14 @ 180MPH! 🏆

Not exactly how we planned it… but a win is a win! 😅🔥

A 5.47 @ 243MPH was enough to take the WIN 🏆 and send us straight through to the next round! 🚀

The Camaro is looking strong, the crew are on it and we’re still racing! 🔥🔥

🏆 THE QUICKEST PASS IN JAMBOREE HISTORY!! 🔥🚀

Q3 and we SENT IT!! 5.41 @ 265MPH! 🤯💨

🏁 Not only does that lock us in as TOP QUALIFIER, it makes it the QUICKEST PASS IN JAMBOREE HISTORY! 🥇

What a way to finish qualifying. 🔥

Now it’s back to the pits for some routine maintenance tonight 🔧 The crew will get the Camaro checked over and ready to go for ROUND 1 tomorrow morning on the final day of Jamboree Jamboree Brisbane! 💪

🔥 Day 1 at Jamboree Brisbane 🏁

After a full day of testing, we were ready to turn it up and make a full pass tonight. 💪

Unfortunately we had a blower o-ring blow out which meant the Camaro was down on power and only seeing 23psi, resulting in a 6.00 second pass. 😤

That’s racing. 🤷🏻‍♂️

🔧 The crew are already on it 🔥 and the Camaro is back to 100% and ready to SEND IT tomorrow! 🚀💨

We’re not done yet. 👊
