2017 Mercedes E63 Stage 1

This E63 came in with upgraded intakes and was ready for more power.

We carried out a custom dyno tune, adjusting the calibration specifically to suit the car, its modifications and how it responded on the dyno rather than simply flashing on a generic off the shelf tune.

With no major modifications we were able to gain an impressive 50KW and 92NM at the wheels!

Making better use of what the E63 already had fitted.

Why do we recommend custom tuning over off the shelf tune?

You have to remember every car is going to be different, some engines are more tired than others, some are no longer running efficiently possibly due to worn or defective parts. Some may have different intake, exhaust and wheel setups etc.

That’s why every vehicle is custom tuned in house. This allows us to make adjustments throughout the tuning process and get the best balance of power, response and drivability from the setup.

400KW / 736NM

2016 Porsche Macan 3L V6

Adrian came to us looking to complete some routine maintenance while also unlocking a little more performance from his Macan.

We easily recommended going with a stage 1 tune. With no hardware modifications we achieved impressive gains of 40KW peak power with 120NM of torque.

The increase in low end torque completely transforms the driving experience, making the Macan feel noticeably stronger and more responsive throughout the rev range.

194KW/500NM

Remember the Evo 5 with the blocked fuel line? It’s finally back together and tuned! 😊

With the fuel system now all sorted and the dyno pre check over complete, it was finally time to get it on the rollers.

It delivered a solid, conservative result for its current setup. However, we suspect there may be a restriction possibly within the exhaust system that’s holding it back, so there’s likely more power to be found once that’s addressed.

Modifications:�- HKS camshafts
- Unknown downpipe�- Full turbo-back exhaust�- Aftermarket intake with ATP heat shield�- Walbro 460 fuel pump�- 1000cc injectors�- TiAL BOV�- Upgraded intercooler piping

Dyno Results:�234KW / 408NM @ 24PSI

The customer has since reached out to let us know how amazing the car feels, especially with the power coming on early and holding strong throughout all the gears.
