Our last caravan for sale
This caravan has had all j rails taken off and re sealed
It is a project that we got half way through and never completed
It has got all new windows ( cost $1500 )
Two new skylights ( cost $2000 )
A upright three way 400 litre fridge costs me $1800
Top of the range aircon used 4 times ( costs $2000 )
Brand new toilet , Cassette,costs $850
Shower base
Brand new hot water service , costs $1000
New Lyon costs $500
All new internal ply ( costs $1200)
Comes with most things ti complete
Have been pre wired
Also comes with extra John gues piping
And joiners
Gas cooktop ( not connected )
Wooden benches
Bunks at rear
Queen at front
The space in back cor ef is where bathroom needs to be built
We are closed so cannot assist with any further work so selling as a project for somone to finish

NOW SOLD One of my favourite vintage caravans is back in the market
Amazing , it has had an external roof seal , it’s stunning ,with its new huntmam axle with new electric brakes , new hubs ,new tyres ,immaculate interior .im pretty sure one of our vintage caravan enthusiasts will jump on it soon .
Its even had a new draw bar at some stage , so putting its new tow hitch just finished it

Hi all
We recently sold a Franklyn caravan with 2 sets of bunks at back and a double at front
We had an overwhelming amount of interest in it , as it could sleep 6 comftable and 8 if you folded down the dinette .
We have recently had another one come in and it will have the same caravan rehab treatment , priced at $13500

$7999 will come with new axles hubs electric brakes new wheels tyres abd hitch , all j rails and windows have been taken off ,old silicone removed and put back in
Will come complete where finished with new upholstery , 12 months vic rego for an extra $400
