Busy afternoon so far!

After having the car off the road for nearly a year and being used for storage ever since which had it filled to the roof in all areas asides from the front I figured today was a good day to clean it out, declutter and get it a little more cleaner so it could go through the process of getting another roadworthy to get registered again and I’m not even finished.

But at least the car has been cleaned out, vacuumed and some of the stuff has gone back in.

Now to finish sorting it all out trying to keep the stuff going back in to the very minimal (half or even a full boot load) and wash the car itself since the car cover still gets dust under it and leaves weird spots on the car

So with the fact yesterday was the 4th birthday for The Aussie Lightning McQueen Victoria theme I’ve had on both the white cars in the last photos and now lives on in just the sedan due to the wagon being involved in a serious accident back in June last year and finding a replacement is quite difficult I’ve decided that my little half blue Kia that I set this page up for is no longer going to get the top half done yellow like a Minion..

But don’t worry because I’m going to try and mix the Despicable Me and Minions theme with a bit of Disney Cars in the likes of making this little Kia into Lightning McQueens love Sally!

How will I do this you may ask? Well when I originally added the blue someone said why only half? Plus we all know that both Sally and those pesky little Minions have a thing or two in common so I’m going to be using them to my advantage and just switch between the themes whenever I feel necessary.

So with some new wheels as these ones have been sold, we will be going even more blue inside and out before we bring this car back out on the road!

Hi all, with the fact I started The Aussie Lightning McQueen Victoria with a Camry wagon and I then began a sedan version to go alongside it at shows before the wagon was written off back in June I really needed more then just a Lightning McQueen themed car when it came to themed cars and with my first car I bought back in 2011, a Kia just sitting aside barely used, a little beaten up and being a champagne kind of colour which to me has goldish yellow pigments in it to make it that colour and already being half blue I decided that I could turn this small car into something else cool and with some damage and aged areas I figured the car was already looking despicable so along came Minions from the Despicable Me movies!
But this one won’t just be half blue and eventually half yellow this one will keep its touches of pink for the girls, as we must not assume all the minions are male.

So here we are at the very start of a Despicable looking Kia in hope I can slowly clean it up like my other cars and make it into something far more than just despicable.

So with this photos and the Minion stuff in these photos. Let the fun and the “Minionisation” begin!
