Goodyear Autocare Glenroy is looking for a confident, capable & experienced Tyre Fitter & Wheel Aligner to join our friendly team. You must have experience with and be able to work on passenger, 4x4 and Prestige vehicles.
The position includes Saturday work.

Duties:
• The correct fitting, balancing and repair of Tyres and Wheels
• The correct alignment procedures
• Puncture repairs
• Putting stock away
• General cleaning
• Picking up and dropping off cars
• Observance of all Occupational Health and Safety Practices and Safe Work Practices.
• Participate in all workshop duties associated with a busy tyre and 4x4 accessory workshop.

About You:
• Prior experience working as a Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner
• You are an excellent problem-solver and pay close attention to detail
• Must be team oriented and have great communication skills when dealing with customers and team members
• You can work cooperatively in a team environment, but also confidently when unsupervised
• Must be able to diagnose and repair tyre and wheel faults with accuracy and
• minimum supervision
• Must be Professional, Reliable, Motivated and Possess a Strong Work Ethic
• Knowledge and compliance of work health and safety practices
• Must have a current valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Must have your own car or method of transport
• Immediate start preferable

Our team at Goodyear Autocare Glenroy did a great job on this Mercedes Benz C250 petrol Turbo.
The owner had noticed a major rattle coming from the engine and he entrusted us to look at it for him as this vehicle is his pride and joy.
Our European motor vehicle specialist diagnosed the vehicle and came to the conclusion that the vehicle required the replacement of the timing chain kit and adjustable cam gears. Unfortunately this is a very common issue with these types of engines so if you have a rattle bring it straight to us and we will have you back on the road in no time.
