Last night we had a call out to replace a blown power steering hose.

After having enough of the “Chinaflow” hose continuously letting him down, the customer decided it was time to go back to a reliable OEM-style setup.

We made up a replacement power steering hose using quality Pirtek components, giving him a setup that’s built to handle the pressure and get the car back on the road. 👌

We had the pleasure of making up a set of custom braided brake lines for this tough little Holden Camira drag car the other week.

Always cool getting to work on builds like this and putting together brake lines to suit the setup perfectly. 🔧🏁

Here’s a couple of solid axle differential hardlines we made up last week 👌

The first diff is fitted to an RX-2 Capella, while the one on the stand is headed into the EK currently up on the hoist.

A couple of different setups, both with custom hardlines made to suit the application.

We’ve been a little quiet on the socials lately, but the work certainly hasn’t stopped!

Here’s a look at some custom stainless hardlines we fabricated for this LJ Torana last week. Clean, precise, and made to suit the build perfectly.

Today we stopped by Cades to finish off the rear section of the inline hydraulic handbrake setup.

We modified the factory rear hardlines to suit the new tee piece, allowing us to connect the new braided line running from the rear of the handbrake while keeping the setup neat and functional.

While we were there, we also fabricated a set of custom power steering lines to connect the Barra power steering pump to the IS200 steering rack.

Another custom plumbing setup coming together nicely. 👌

Today we were called out to fabricate a new fuel hardline for a 1974 FJ Cruiser after the OEM replacement part was no longer available off the shelf.

When genuine or aftermarket parts are discontinued, we can manufacture custom hardlines to suit your application and get you back on the road.

Tonight, we made up a clutch line extension tube for a T56 gearbox, allowing the gearbox to be removed while retaining the bellhousing.

We also made a custom braided brake hose, designed to be routed safely away from the headers to improve durability and heat protection.
