As 2025 comes to a close, I’m taking a moment to reflect on a year filled with the privilege of preserving motoring history.
To everyone who trusted me with their pride and joy — thank you. Restoring these machines isn’t just work for me. It’s preserving stories, memories, and a bit of motoring history that deserves to stay on the road or race track, not gather dust in a shed.
I’ve got some exciting projects lined up for 2026, and looking forward to getting stuck in. More engines roaring back to life. Exactly how it should be.

Phillip Island historic 2025 done for another year & what a fantastic event it was, another very well run meeting with perfect weather all round.
Congratulations to the VHRR & all supporters & volunteers.

With the Apex racing Mustang, Corvette & Steve Willings March running faultlessly all weekend. It’s always great catching up with all the racing family and friends.

And to top it all off Brendon Woods in the Apex Mustang receiving HTCA driver of the meeting & 2nd place over all. What a cracker.

I’m really looking forward to the rest of the racing season & there’s some interesting projects on the go in the workshop as well.

This was a big job, with many new or refurbished components. Many parts fabricated from scratch. I’m really looking forward to seeing this out on track & helping with the development.

Another set of wheels this time Elfin 600, these were very heavily corroded and in need of some love. They were chemically dipped to remove all paint & very lightly blasted to remove the corrosion pits and scale. They passed the crack testing process without any major issues.
