Beautiful 34GTT we’ve been looking after for a while came back in this week for some well-deserved maintenance.

Running one of our proven 400 kW packages for a few years now, it was time to give the rear end and exhaust a freshen up.

We fabricated a brand-new 3.5” stainless exhaust system with the option of two different mufflers, then overhauled the rear suspension with a full set of adjustable arms. From there it went over to our mates at for a rebuild of the decade-old coilovers and a proper alignment.

The car now drives and sounds exactly as it should — ready to keep being enjoyed.

Simon's manual turbo Supra was in lately for engineering and club rego after having to many dramas. We had the pleasure of going over a lot of previous workshop’s work to bring it up to standard, including:

Re-routing and replacing multiple lines

-Proper insulated clamping and brackets throughout

-Extensive wiring tidy-up under the manifolds and along the firewall

-Oil leaks fixed

To pass engineering we also fabricated and fitted:

-A new legal front-pipe back exhaust

-Custom intake pipe and airbox

We managed the entire process from start to finish, getting the car engineered, roadworthy, and registered with our regular club.

Recently in, we had this Stunning 2000gt in for a tune on the Link g4x while trying to sort out a few little gremlins his been chasing.

Previously the tune was causing him all sorts of issues with rough running/stalling and fueling being all over the joint causing the cabin to fill with fumes.

This Gt run's a unique Rb25neo n/a with Itb's which can be quiet tricky to get right sometimes , luckily we have had good experience with itb setups and we're quick to rectify the setup to run correctly.

Running it up on the dyno we made 115kw, up from the 108kw in came in with and setup everything in the tune 100% so they can enjoy the car as it should be.

🚨 Project Spotlight: Daniel Cassar’s S15 🚨

Over the last five years, many of you have seen this S15 evolve, transforming into one of the most exciting projects we’ve worked on. Built with passion, precision, and countless hours of custom fabrication, this car showcases the limits we’re willing to push. While it’s not fully refined or complete yet, the progress so far has been incredible.

At the heart of this build is the compound turbo system, combining a G30-600 with a Pulsar 7982 (G45). Running purely on motor and turbos—no CO2 boost control, no nitrous—it’s already delivering serious performance:

55psi of boost before 6000rpm

60psi steady stating at just 4500rpm

On methanol fuel, the S15 made 855kW at the wheels on 55psi during dyno testing. With more boost available, the next phase is figuring out whether it will translate to even greater power.

Currently, the car is running a manual transmission through a standard RB25 gearbox, which is holding up impressively given the power. However, it won’t stop there—the next step will be upgrading to a built ZF 6-speed automatic (6HP26) for improved durability and performance.

CPC intake manifold and Kelford cams & springs

Rams Head Services CNC head

Turbosmart wastegates managing the compound turbo setup

This original R34gtr came to us completely stock, sporting only a nismo catback it still punched out a stout 220kw. The owner opted for our 500kw race package for the car, keeping in mind it needed to streetable.

Another gtr out the door this week was Michaels' beautiful R32Gtr. Orignally, we had done a touch-up tune making a mild 250kw on a very stock setup late last year. It wasn't long before he was back with this beauty to really spice things up with one of our street packages.

The complete driveline was overhauled in making this the ultimate street cruiser. Main works performed,

-Kelford cams and springs
-Arp2000 headbolts
-Boosted top mount manifold
-Garrett G30-900 in .82
-Cpg fabricated 3" dump pipe w/Aes dump valve
-Plazmaman pro series intercooler
-Bosch motorsport 1650cc injectors
-Hardrace hicas delete kit w/pump modifications and Cpg fabricated p/s res
-Cpg twin pump and relay mods
-Cpg battery relo with no holes drilled tray
-Cpg safety sensor package
-Link G4x ecu
-Nz wiring trigger kit
-Cpg fabrication cooler/intake and dump pipes
-Cpg fabrication Catch can
-Boost/dump valve and rolling antilag switches

Amongst the usual quality bolt ons, we cleaned up the bay with some fresh powder coating/painting and replaced the broken engine mounts with some fresh new Nismo mounts.

Finishing off with our custom E85 Dyno tune, we managed an easy 400kwatw on 23psi on our dyno dynamics roller. The G30-900 is truly an ultimate street turbo for that responsive 400kw+ range, being an absolute monster on the street.
