This beautiful Audi RS3 8Y in Miami USA, replaced the ugly standard steering wheel with a custom carbon fibre steering wheel.

Because of that it induces a few faults in a few modules and leaves a permanent Emergency Assist SOS fault on the dash and overhead console each time the car starts.

We did our thing and reprogrammed what we needed to do and now the car is happy and fault free. No more annoying messages every time they start their car.

This one was done remotely with our send away kit which is floating about in the 🇺🇸. Some more exciting things to come to this thing soon 😁

We gave this Porsche Macan GTS the most important thing it was missing. The Sport Chrono package. It's something that should be mandatory on every top of the line model. Without the Sport Plus drive mode is it even a Porsche? In the end we enabled the full package and more including
✅ Sport Chrono package retrofit
✅ Sport Plus drive mode with launch control
✅ G-Force meter enabled
✅ PCM firmware updated to the latest version
✅ Android Auto activated
✅ Latest navigation maps loaded
✅ Instrument cluster backlighting coded permanently on
✅ Locking of the vehicle with the engine running (so you can leave it unattended)
✅ Engine start stop to memory mode (to keep it off each time you start the car)
✅ Power steering plus
✅ Folding mirrors on door lock

So what's so special about the Sport Chrono package? Isn't it just a stopwatch on the dash??? No, it's a lot more than that.
- The signature dash mounted analog/digital stopwatch serves as a lap timer and integrates deeply with the Porsche Track Precision App.
- It adjusts the Porsche Stability Management (PSM), Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) and the engine /transmission management to allow for more spirited, track-oriented driving.
- Launch Control! Only for the PDK/automatic transmissions, it allows for race-style, maximum-traction takeoffs from a standstill.

If your Porsche is without the Chrono Package get in touch. We can retrofit and activate it on most models including the 911's (up to and including the 992's), Macan's and Cayenne's (as you probably have seen us do previously on a 9YA Cayenne Turbo). Our activations are VIN based so are with the car for life. As always, everything is working 100% perfect.

The latest Audi MMI firmware updates are now available for the Australian market. These bring the usual big fixes and improvements, but now they also bring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto navigation direction instructions onto your virtual cockpit and head up display.

Whether you use Waze, Google maps or Apple maps, clear directions are now available directly in front of you and they look pretty good on the HUD.

We carried them out on this Audi RS3 8Y which uses a mib3 infotainment system. On top of the mmi being updated, it also updates a few more of the vehicles modules as part of the package. Some vehicles require multiple stage updates depending on its year.

These updates are official Audi updates which are based on your VIN. The online server will then tell us what modules will be updated depending on its year and software status. As these updates are VIN based and pulled from the server, we validate them in the system against your VIN so there will be no issues with warranty as they are done with our Audi server access.

These updates are available for the MQBevo and MLBevo platform vehicles, meaning the A/S/RS 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and the Q/SQ/RSQ 5, 6, 7 & 8 series vehicles with a Mib3 infotainment system, being either the MHI3 or MPR3 systems.

At this stage they're only available in person in Melbourne.

We recently got to play with this beautiful Porsche Macan GTS to do our things to it and we updated and activated the following for it
✅ PCM firmware update to the latest version
✅ Full screen & wireless Apple CarPlay
✅ Android Auto
✅ Latest navigation maps loaded
✅ Lane keep assist (from lane departure warning, so now it steers rather than just making noises)
✅ Traffic sign recognition (camera & map fusion based)
✅ Full beam assist (high beam assist, auto high beams)
✅ Instrument cluster backlighting permanently on
✅ Locking of the vehicle with the engine running (so you can leave it unattended)
✅ Engine start stop to memory mode (to keep it off each time you start the car)
✅ Power steering plus

We guarantee that everything we do works perfectly . Everything we do to the car is naturally supported and this ensures that everything works as if came from the factory like this. There are no hidden faults in the back end so this means when it is scanned by the dealers, everything is clean.

All of these are easily reversible, so if you did want to return the car back to its original configuration we can easily do it. We keep back ups of the original configuration and of what we have done for each vehicle, so there won't be any issues.

We went to town on this Porsche Macan S and retrofitted an ACC radar system and then activated pretty much everything possible on this model including

✅ High beam assist/dynamic full beam
✅ Engine start stop set to memory mode (to keep it off)

Working with our friends in Peru on this Porsche 911 Carrera 992.2 to enable the Porsche Sport Exhaust function.

Now the owner has full control over their exhaust system and can have it loud as possible in any drive mode by manually opening the valves and not just in factory sport mode.

Those with the keen eye will notice there is no Sport Chrono or Sport Plus on this one. Work in progress to bring these missing functions to this beast.

A few hurdles to overcome with SFD2 protection and gateway swap activations, it will give us a nice little challenge which is always nice.

LED (PDLS) headlight conversion from the old xenon headlights just carried out on this gen 1 Porsche Macan.

A nice little install that enhances its visual appearance and its overall driving experience.

Programmed, calibrated & fully functioning.

On top of this we disabled the engine start stop, enabled folding mirrors when locking the car and enabled the instrument cluster backlighting to be permantly on.

We recently got to play with this Porsche Cayenne 9YA e-hybrid and install this beautiful carbon firbre heated steering wheel on it. As the vehicle never had a heated steering wheel from the factory this little modification needed to be programmed to the car so it functions properly when its turned on. We turned its operating temperature up a little bit so it gets pretty warm and feels nice on the hands. Makes me wish I had one on my car with these cold mornings we have been having recently. On top of that we also carried out the following to it including
✅ Lane keep assist
✅ Active lane keeping
✅ Rear cross traffic alert
✅ Full screen CarPlay/Android Auto
✅ PCM firmware update to the latest version
✅ Chinese language dataset loaded
✅ Latest navigation maps loaded

Audi R8 Japanese import region conversion.

This one came to us with everything in Japanese, no working navigation, no radio, no CarPlay, no Android Auto, nothing!
