With the possibility of maybe never being able to perform such a stunt later in life & depsite the Dr's medical advice...still hauled the young one to the top of the belltower in Firenze for a city veiw!

Seemed a good idea going up 490 something steps/ 82 meters vertically... back suffered on the decent though lol

Last one for the season.
Very resto modded MA70 w/Factory 7MGTE Manual - suspension catalogue, wheels & tyres, front mount, turbo & injector upgrade & the final puzzle piece = Haltech S3 w/ full sensor suite.

Wastgate couldnt hold the boost up but managed consistent 225kws - couple 1%s to trim out on the backend but its a circa 50% overstock which isnt a bad effort.

Tip my hat to Vince for sorting out the tune.

Feels like *Back to the future build* doing this sort of work again.

Few years old now but still some of the greatest audio tech - Pheonix Gold Amp & Speakers.
sound deadening and thermal protection throughout
300ah lipo batt, 3000 watt inverter, redarc charger, solar panel for rhat extra tip in.
lending the custom touch - rear hvac ductinf sections shut, shut & plastic welded up to suit the camping back getting built next

Not my usual catagory but definitely is the bepsoke sector.

*Pardon the wiring chaos, its organised but still some fit & finish tidy up to complete for cross country duties.

Another OUTSTANDING result of nearly 3 years of slow & steady work with this Z32 Fairlady Project.

1st things 1st, big thankyou to Vincenzo for the support & another fantastic tune!

Thankyou to the client who chose to tailor their "Bespoke Automotive Solution". Not only performance but we tackled restoring the enginebay, color schemes & few 1%s that make the car unique and special for the client.

With the KMs racked up & the motor officially ran it was time. I had some theoretical thoughts & numbers on paper but the outcome was as good as intended and more.

The final figure:
Managed to extract 455kw at 18psi on E85 with a few issues that held it back...only found these when we started reaching for the stars.

The negatives...
- Only hit 68% ethanol on the flex side of things🤦‍♂️
- side mount intercoolers heat soak real bad keeping intake temps high🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
- & similarly the radiator couldnt remove heat out of the engine after fews runs back to back 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The positives...
As it sits (even with the heat defects) this VG30 effectively doubled its output mechanically (with supporting bolts on*) on refreshed but stock motor internal componetry w/ Forged Piston & Rod upgrade & ARP Studs throughouts.

We see a:
- Lighter rotating mass thats to piston & rod combo delivering Rev repsonse.
- Displacement increase of circa 70cm3 (2960 > 3030)
- 100% boost increase over stock setup

The result:
A Promod street build thats has jet engine output capability whilst maintaining day to day drivability, this 2+2 chassis generates thrust like a late model sports chassis and turn heads only like an old japanse legend can.

The point of a car like this is the experience it transmits to the driver... 35 years off the production line & its definately not "concourse perfect" BUT everything as you interact, the car reacts and thats the big part of car culture & experience.

Im super proud with this outcome.

Recent Win for a clients Supercharged Mustang

Client just driving along (as they all are) and lost traction controls, abs, reverse sensors bunch of other system warnings.

His regular Ford Dealer was very unhelpful without commiting to upfront payment to start diagnostics.

Enter - logged into vehicle, livedata = RearLeft wheel speed sitting at 244km/h whilst stationary.
- Easy 1st step was to throw sensor at the hub = no change.
- Spent the time chasing down a tone wheel/ring listing & part # on internes. Ford could/did supply but wouldnt say what is was👌

Basically Ford take a soda can and stamp a little wheel out and that just get jammed on driveshaft between hub & wheel bearing assembly.

Simple part to fail, new unit is 3 times as thick👍 but with 900nm of supercharged coyote torque, clearly OEM wasnt up to task lol

I gave the client all the info & support to fix it himself.
Proper diagnostic pathways is how you get proper results.

Another non runner challenge!
Client replaced a dead fuel pump & still acting UnFairlady so reached out to .

I brought out a selection of "usual suspect" componetry....started with the PTU/Spark situation, move to the CAS for an ecu signal serving - both good.

Next up was the hammer & punch technique on the injectors & bingo!...so my new client and i spent the next 40 mins reminiscing over our Zs whilst the motor cleared its throat and got back online.

Another instance where experience counts..."Its not the size of the hammer, its the technician swinging it!"

New interstate client dreamed to have an 300ZX again & found the doppelganger to their first Z32 10 years on.

The client reached out to for my full mechanical maintenance treatments, services & experience & i reciprocated and extended a full logistical solution to inspect & retrieve the vehicle.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting the client & their daughter for the day, we bonded over Z32s and lunch, turned into an impromptu playdate with our kids before returning them to the airport for their evening flight home.

Another exceptionally original, well maintained & unmodified Z32... and an AusDelivered too!👍

Fresh Stock Arrivals - couple NA Idle & PCV silicone hose sets. PCV Valves, Billet Coolant Outlets, EGR delete kits, lots of upper motor seal sets.
New Items - 8mm Silicone caps = simple solution to coolant bypass deletes on VGs... or anything nissan of this age really.
Always working on increasing cataloue listings & keeping more stock onshore for the majestic Z32 FairladyZ!
