It has come to our attention that Powertronic Australia now lists the FuelX Lite and FuelX Pro+ as compatible options for ChangJiang models in the Australian market.

While the CJ650B/700B-A are built to Euro5+ standards, Australian requirements differ, and some riders look to third-party solutions to adjust fueling. According to Powertronic, their FuelX units are plug-and-play modules designed to interface with O2 sensors to influence Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR).

Manufacturer-stated features include:

🔹 FuelX Lite: Described by Powertronic as a "set-and-forget" unit with a single map designed for engine smoothness.

🔹 FuelX Pro+: Marketed by the manufacturer as providing 10 switchable maps, ranging from economy-focused to performance-oriented settings.

Welcome to the WA sidecar community, Jochen!

Huge congratulations to Jochen on picking up his brand-new CJ700B-A Explorer. The smile on his face says it all—there’s nothing quite like that first ride feeling.

There to welcome him were fellow adventurers Sue and Dan, who rolled out on their Changjiangs to officially bring Jochen into the local sidecar community. It’s great to see the pack growing with more enthusiasts ready to hit the open road.

Here’s to many kilometers of adventure, campfire stories, and three-wheeled fun, Jochen.

Great news for Aussie sidecar enthusiasts! 🇦🇺

The latest batch of CJ700B-A Explorer models has just rolled off the factory production line and is now being prepared for shipment to Australia. 🚢

These rigs are destined for their new owners, with deliveries scheduled to begin in June — and we can’t wait to see them hitting our roads soon.

Another CJ700B-A Explorer recently found its way to its new owners, Geoff and Lisa in Orange NSW.

After the handover, Geoff sent us these messages ..

“(The delivery) was way up and beyond our expectations. I took it out for our Maiden Voyage yesterday evening, and my first impressions are fantastic."......."Getting a much better feel for this outfit as we add some Km's. It really is a nice handling machine.”
