We’re incredibly proud to see Bryce’s journey recognised by TAFE Queensland. From starting with Allweld as a 15-year-old apprentice to now leading complex manufacturing projects, Bryce’s story is a testament to what can be achieved through dedication, quality training and strong mentorship.

Investing in apprentices isn't just about building skills—it's about building the future of Australian manufacturing. Congratulations Bryce, and thank you to TAFE Queensland for continuing to support the next generation of tradespeople. 👏🔧🚛

We've been a bit behind on sharing our Lean Manufacturing Team of the Month results — so here's a double celebration that's well overdue.

✅ JUNE — Wiring Room
A big congratulations to the Wiring Room team. Your commitment to organisation, efficiency, and a clean workspace sets the standard for what lean manufacturing looks like in practice. Well done, team — the effort doesn't go unnoticed.

✅ JULY — Top Fitout Shed
And straight into July, the Top Fitout Shed takes the title. This is no small feat — keeping a busy fitout space running lean while delivering quality work day in, day out takes real discipline and teamwork. Proud of what you've built in there.

These awards exist because our people take ownership of their spaces and the work that happens in them. That's what drives Allweld forward — one area at a time.

Congratulations to both teams. Keep setting the bar high. 💪

🍖🔥 July BBQ Time at Allweld!

There's nothing like bringing the team together over a good BBQ — and on Friday 31st July, we had the pleasure of celebrating with some great company, good food, and a very special shoutout to our mate Mark from MK Canvas! 🤝

Mark does outstanding work producing quality canvas products for our transporters and corrective services vehicles. His craftsmanship and attention to detail align perfectly with the Allweld way — getting the job done right, every time. We're proud to have partners like MK Canvas in our corner, and we look forward to continuing to work together on builds that truly deliver. 👏

A big thank you to the whole Allweld team for showing up and making these moments great. It's the people that make this place what it is. 💪
