Allweld Manufacturing is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Aluminium Welder to join our team. This role suits someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys clean, precise work, and wants steady employment with a well-established local manufacturer.
You’ll be working on new builds and custom fabrication projects in a modern workshop environment — no patch-ups, no shortcuts.
About the Role
Aluminium fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG)
Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
Fabrication of components to a high-quality standard
Working with jigs, fixtures, and workshop equipment
Maintaining safe work practices and housekeeping standards
Working collaboratively with the production team

Proven experience welding aluminium
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to read drawings and follow procedures

We are expanding due to new contracts, and we’re looking for 2x passionate Boilermaker Apprentice to join our team of Boilermakers!

Key Responsibilities will be:
General cleaning duties
Ensuring area and walkways are kept clean and tidy
Opening / closing of Sheds, turning on / off machinery. Eg Compressors
Deburring of steel
Putting material deliveries away when they arrive

🎉 Happy May BBQ Day to the Allweld crew!

Today we fired up the grill and took a moment to celebrate the team that makes everything happen here at Allweld Manufacturing. These days are important to us — because behind every build, every weld, and every vehicle that rolls out of our doors is a team of hardworking, dedicated people who show up and give their best every single day.
