📢 No videos this week... not because we've gone missing, but because the boys have been too busy to consider entertaining the office lady enough to film one! 😂

This Mazda BT-50 engine was dropped into the workshop needing a full rebuild, so it got the full VIP treatment. Stripped down, checked over, machined, rebuilt, and put back together with a whole lot more care than most people give their weekend projects.

So while our social media has been a little quieter than usual, the workshop has been anything but. If your engine is making expensive noises (or no noises at all 😬), bring it in and let us work our magic.

It's amazing what a little bit of boring can do...

This block came in looking pretty ordinary, but after spending some quality time on the boring machine, it's got a whole new lease on life. Sometimes a few millimetres can make all the difference between an engine that's tired and one that's ready to get back to work.

It's one of those jobs that doesn't look exciting to most people, but engine builders know it's the foundation of a good rebuild.

Precision matters, and there's nothing boring about that. 🔧

The big jobs are still rolling through the workshop and making steady progress, with rebuilds and major engine work keeping the team busy. While those larger projects take time to get right, we're still able to fit in the smaller walk-in jobs.

Need a flywheel machined? Manifold faced? General machining or servicing work? Bring it in and we'll get you sorted.

The boys are flat out, and the workshop is ticking along nicely. 👍

If you've been wondering why some jobs are taking a little longer than usual... this is why! 👀

The boys are flat out with a workshop full of engines at the moment. From complete rebuilds and performance builds to standard overhauls, there's plenty happening behind the scenes.

The good news? We still have room to squeeze in smaller jobs such as flywheel machining, manifold work, and other general machining jobs.

We appreciate everyone's patience while we work through the current workload. We'd rather take the time to do it right than rush it out the door.

"Started as a bottom end. Finished as an attitude problem"

This one is going to look right at home sitting between the rails of a rat rod. 🔥

This 350 Chev came to us as nothing more than a basic assembled bottom end, but it certainly won't be leaving that way.

We've transformed it into a tough street weapon featuring (but not all):
✅ Stage 4 performance cam
✅ Precision alloy race heads
✅ Tunnel ram intake
✅ Twin Holley Sniper EFI units
✅ Plenty of shiny bits to make sure it looks as good as it sounds

From a basic bottom end to a head-turning, tyre-frying masterpiece. We can't wait to see this one bolted into its new home and cruising the streets.

Another one ready to head home 🌊🚤

This one came to us all the way from Airlie Beach as a tired old 351 boat motor with water in one bore. Safe to say it had seen better days.

After a full rebuild, it’s leaving here as a stroked 408 and ready to get back out on the water with a whole new lease on life.

Big or small, local or long distance — you get it to us, we’ll fix it. 🔧

Can’t wait to hear this thing roaring across the water again.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Engine Reconditioner/Machinist to join our team.

The successful applicant will have experience in:
• Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
• Measuring and machining components
• Diagnosing Engine faults
• Assembly and disassembly of petrol and diesel engines
• Maintaing a clean and safe workshop environment

What we're looking for:
• Trade qualifications or proven industry experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and Hard working attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team, and individually
