OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW!!!

Wow, lets just say couldn't have got anymore kilometres out of the existing clutch, worn right down to the rivets!

And, if you know the smell of a burnt clutch, your sense of smell has probably already been triggered just by looking at these pictures 🤭 haha!

2HM wishes you all a very Merry Christmas and safe holiday season. May it be filled with loved ones, making memories, new & old traditions and all things that matter to you and your family!!!

Without your support and trust in what we do, our business would not continue to grow and provide for our family, so thank you all!

Reflection on the year that was...it presented many challenges from both business and personal angles, but we chose to work even harder and overcome them and focus on the positives! Those we couldn't overcome; well, we just tackle head on the best we can!

The positives are our family and their achievements! Educational goals, sporting goals, welcoming another new family member (being a grandparent is incredible), moving out of home, official trade qualifications achieved, watching our big children be incredible parents to their families, continuing to grow our small business and love for each other.

Many of you, have become part of this journey so thank you for always being understanding! Particularly when phones are busy, office is hectic, workshop is full and I am away being a Mum/ Grammy or on the footy field sideline, and John is holding down the fort solo!

Another huge thank you to our preferred suppliers. We are firm believers in keeping it local, so thank you to those who work behind the scenes with me sourcing the best quality parts at the best possible price and teaching me constantly!

2HM workshop closes it roller door today at noon and will be back open and ready for action on Monday 05-06-2026 @ 7.30am.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HERE'S TO A PROSPEROUS 2026!

WORKSHOP CLOSED TODAY 😭

Our team pride ourselves on a safe and professional service, therefore thank you to all those who happily rescheduled their jobs to allow us a day to grieve.

We could not possibly concentrate today and work to our own expectations under the circumstances.

For those of you who know us, know Frank and what he meant. Unfortunately Frank was laid to rest yesterday afternoon, our hearts are shattered at the sudden loss.

Wash bay got a workout today!

Thankfully the temperature in the workshop was much more pleasant for the manifold clean performed.

Now for the soaking of uniforms and a lower back rub for the boss after a day of scrubbing and leaning over a bonnet.

As a small family run business scheduling time away from the workshop to participate in certain events can be challenging, however by donating we still feel part of this great cause!

Frank is away today having a little operation; the workshop and office are just not the same without him snoring and occasionally waking up to greet someone!

He has been nil by mouth since 9pm last night, so was starving and fading away to a shadow when he checked in for pre-op with the vet this morning.
