All work is carried out to the highest safety standards using state of the Vehicles. You can be sure your vehicle will be towed to the highest standards and will be done in the safest manner possible. Only certain tow trucks are permitted to tow a vehicle involved in an accident, these trucks will have TOW or HIT ( heavy vehicles only ) number plates. In Regional Victoria, only accredited tow trucks may attend an accident scene without a formal allocation. An accident scene extends for two kilometres from the scene of the actual accident.
