Custom fabrication for this Nissan 400Z. 🔥

This twin-turbo Nissan Z came through the workshop for a custom rear muffler delete, giving it a more pronounced exhaust note while retaining its factory appearance.

With the original rear muffler removed, we fabricated a new rear section, incorporating the original factory tips for a clean, seamless finish.

Custom-built pipework, factory styling and a little more sound from the twin-turbo V6.

250cc of pure picnic performance! 🍻

We’ve had some unusual vehicles through the workshop, but this one might just take the cake.

A 250cc powered picnic table rolled in needing a little exhaust work, so we fabricated a custom 1.5” system, tucked neatly around the engine and chassis and finished in our hi temp black.

Naturally, we couldn’t send it out without addressing its most obvious design flaw…

No cup holders.

So we fabricated a custom six-pack holder to finish the job. Priorities, right?!

A little something different through the workshop!

This Holden Astra Convertible was in for some custom exhaust work.

Featuring a neatly routed centre section, twin rear Lukey mufflers and polished tips, all tucked up underneath to complement the factory styling.

A clean, balanced setup that looks right at home on this little convertible.

Finishing off the week with some Aussie muscle! 🇦🇺💪🏻

This tough HQ Coupe was in the workshop for a custom twin 3” 409 Stainless Steel mandrel exhaust system.

Featuring an X-pipe, twin Lukey mufflers and dumped at the diff, all finished off in 800deg high-temp black.

A clean, symmetrical setup built to complement the old-school styling of this Aussie classic, with a V8 note to match.

FD RX-7 | 3” Custom Mandrel Exhaust

Few Japanese sports cars are as iconic as the FD RX-7, and this stunning blue example is a beauty!

In the workshop for a complete custom-built 3” mandrel exhaust system, fabricated in-house from the ground up.

Running through a centre resonator before splitting into twin straight-through rear mufflers, finished with polished stainless tips.

The FD doesn’t offer a lot of room underneath, so careful planning and precise fabrication were essential to keep the system tucked up neatly around the driveline and rear suspension.

Finished in high-temp black, with just the polished tips on show.

Clean lines, tight fitment and a purposeful finish. Exactly how a custom exhaust should be.

1955 CHEVROLET | OLD SCHOOL COOL

Some cars deserve to be left just the way they are.

This survivor ’55 Chev has all the right character. Years of patina, plenty of history and a 265ci small block V8 under the bonnet.

We built a custom twin exhaust system to complement the car, with all the pipework press bent in-house for that traditional old-school look.

Neatly routed pipework, twin mufflers and tailpipes exiting out the rear. Nothing over the top, just a clean, simple system with that unmistakable small block Chev rumble.

Old school car. Old school craftsmanship. Old school sound.

ONE ROWDY XB FALCON! 🔥

408 cubes of Ford muscle, wrapped up in one seriously tough XB Falcon.

We fabricated a complete twin 3” mandrel exhaust system, running Flowmaster mufflers to give that angry 408 the aggressive sound it deserves.

With the fuel system taking up valuable real estate, we routed the exhaust under the diff, keeping everything tucked up neat and tight.

Finished in high-temp black for that old-school, no-nonsense look.

Big cubes. Twin pipes. Pure Aussie muscle. 💪🏻

This is exactly the sort of gear we love getting through the workshop!

One tough and tidy HQ Monaro! 🔥
Small-block Chev, 4-speed manual and plenty of old-school muscle!

This beautiful HQ was in the workshop to have its existing exhaust cut-outs removed.

We fabricated a pair of new sections to connect the headers back into the existing exhaust system, keeping everything neat, tucked away and properly aligned, before finishing in KBS Satin Black.

A relatively straightforward modification, but one where the finer details make all the difference.

Always good to have another classic Holden on the hoist!

Tough HT Monaro through the shop 🔥

This one came in needing a pair of tailpipes added to the existing system to get it ready for rego inspection.

With the fuel and brake line routing leaving no sensible path over the diff, we took the tailpipes under the diff, keeping plenty of clearance while still tucking them up nicely before finishing them in satin black 👌
