During the week, we shared images of a white Nissan Patrol Y62, which had finished up in the workshop after a 4.49T GVM kit was installed from Touring Solutions Australia and a suite of accessories from Dash Offroad.

Here is another Y62, this time upgraded with a pre-rego 4.2T GVM from TSA, and its Dash accessories laid out, ready to be fitted. You can see the front bar components and a replacement rear bar with attachment points for the swing-away arms.

All parts have been colour-coded to match the vehicle. We also fitted some Loaded rims for this customer.

We recently posted some images of this Nissan Patrol Y62, which had a 4.49T GVM kit installed from Touring Solutions Australia at our workshop.

In addition to Clearview Towing Mirrors, STEDI spotlights, load-rated ROH wheels and 35-inch tyres, it has now had a suite of 4x4 accessories installed from Dash Offroad.

We colour-coded and then fitted a front bullbar and a rear wheel carrier bar. We also installed underbody bash plates and Samurai rock sliders to give extra offroad protection. All Dash products are engineered specifically for the Y62.

This pre-registration Patrol now has an extra 935kg in carrying capacity - now totalling 1,623kg, - and has maintained its OEM braked towing capacity of 3,500kg.

Another 300 Series LandCruiser moving through the Swank workshop.

This pre-registration vehicle had a JMACX 4200 GVM upgrade with Alpha Shocks, an upgraded diff housing, a 3" lift and 35" tyres.

We also fitted Loaded rims, a set of Clearview Compact towing mirrors and a JMACX flare kit. Custom auxiliary outlets were also wired to the rear bumper.

Swank is an authorised dealer and repairer of all Clearview Accessories products. Their Next Gen Towing Mirrors are the market leader for providing safe visibility when towing wide loads.

The twin-mirror design has a large, flat top mirror with a 1:1 ratio and a narrower field of view to reflect true distance for reversing, and a curved bottom mirror to give the driver a wide field of view to reduce blind spots.

The mirrors can be set to the normal driving position for daily use or extended to 180mm for a full field of vision when towing trailers, caravans or boats.

Clearview's mirrors are engineered specifically for each vehicle model to use the manufacturer's holes, fittings and wiring.

As you can see in these photos, we've colour-coded these mirrors to match the vehicle’s colour, and the power fold switch works a treat.

This Nissan Patrol Y62 had a 4.49T GVM kit installed from Touring Solutions Australia & Apex Suspension, which gave the owner an extra 935kg in carrying capacity - now totalling 1,623kg. The federally approved package was installed pre-registration, maintaining its OEM braked towing capacity.

Its beefed-up suspension will maintain road handling and keep things legally compliant when the vehicle is both fully loaded and towing a heavy caravan at the same time - also assisted by the Clearview towing mirrors.

The upgrade kit requires increased load-rated wheels and tyres, so the customer selected a set of ROH rims with 35-inch Maxxis RAZR All-Terrain tyres installed.

We also install a coloured-coded front bullbar and rear wheel carrier bar from DASH OffRoad to complete the build. We have just become a reseller and installer for Dash, which has a wide range of custom accessories for the Patrol Y62.

A couple of 70 Series LandCruisers side-by-side on our workshop hoists, both with the classic sandy taupe colour.

On the right is a 78 Series V8 Troopy wagon, being fitted with a post-rego JMACX 4200 GVM package with a coil conversion and a 2" lift.

The other is a four-cylinder dual-cab 79 Series, also being fitted with a post-rego JMACX 4200 GVM and a 2" lift, but this one has also had a 300mm chassis extension for it to carry a longer Norweld premium tray and canopy.
