Exciting News!
D-foam collar kits are now available for DIY installation.

West Ribs have now perfected a D-foam collar kit that we can ship anywhere in the world for DIY installation. This kit includes all parts and instructions that you need to install the D-foam collar, including foam, shaped and mitered, outer TPU bags with all rub-strake pre-fitted.

This Saber 800 Mk2 CC is the DIY kit version, being installed by our team so we can make installation instructions with photographs for our clients that want to carry out installation around Australia and overseas.

Another air tube recently completed.
The team at West Ribs have built this latest 7.8m tube using the very best Orca 866 Hypalon, leafield valves and Bostik adhesive. There’s a lot of work that goes into producing such a tube, especially when it has 11 inflatable chambers with all that non- skid patching.
As part of a military contract for 17 boats, that’s 4 down and 13 more to go!

West Ribs delivers its first DIY installation foam fender kit to Woody Marine Fabrication (WMF).
10.5m Patrol vessel “Maroochy”built for Queensland Marine Parks.
West Ribs worked closely with WMF to design a foam fender to integrate with their vessel design, supplying a kit comprising of pre-cut foam fender along with outer fabric bags pre fitted with all rubbing strips. This system allows boat builders or owners around Australia and overseas to carry out their own installation, with comprehensive instructions supplied.
WMF were suitably impressed with the product, commenting on the quality and fitment. We look forward to working with them on their next patrol Rib.
