Looking back at where we started in our little Malaga workshop, I’m really proud of how far One Call Automotive has come.

The move, the new colours and the fresh look were all big changes for us, but the heart of the business is still exactly the same.

A mechanic sees vehicles every day.

But no two vehicles mean exactly the same thing to the people who own them.

A broken gearbox is never just a broken gearbox when you run a business.

For Ben, it meant one of only two work vehicles was suddenly off the road.

That affects jobs, customers, income and the other person relying on that vehicle to get through the working week.

When Mark received the call on Sunday, the team understood what was actually at stake. They were able to get the vehicle back up and running by Monday night.

We can’t promise every major repair will happen that quickly. Sometimes parts, availability and the size of the job make that impossible.

But we do understand that an urgent vehicle problem can quickly become a much bigger life or business problem.
