We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Coffs Harbour Parts Department.
🔧 About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, administration, and warehouse operations. You’ll play a key role in interpreting parts enquiries, processing orders, and supporting both internal and external customers.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
• Interpreting manufacturer manuals and catalogues
• Processing quotes, orders, and invoices
• Picking, packing, and dispatching parts
• Assisting with inventory and stock control
• Providing expert advice to retail and trade customers
• Handling phone, email, and counter enquiries
• Supporting warehouse and branch operations
👤 About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused with great communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in automotive or heavy vehicle parts
• Comfortable using computer systems
📌 Skills & Requirements
• Parts Interpreter qualification or relevant experience
• Previous motor or parts industry experience preferred
• Current driver’s licence
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Warehousing or stock control experience desirable
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday roster
