Well that was a cracker weekend with mates.
We had the CIVIL MINING and CONSTRUCTION Rg out for its 1st outing.
I can say the bike itself is quick, but the rider needs a good talking to
a big loss of traction the first hit up saw me ponting the bike at the wall and strugled to recover with a shocking ET
Honestly that set the tone for my friday night and qualifying runs
Probs let it get in my head a little and failed to produce any decent 60 foot times to compliment the bikes capabilities.
100 % rider error with John throwimg a leg and knocking 3 tenths off me on the same bike
I did redeme myself with some decent times during racing (I suppose thats the best time to get it together) winning the first two races
The third race however was the best race all night up against Jason Watts on his WG
He got me in the end by a few thousands of a second but that was down to the wire with niether of us knowing who won until we got the slip. Sooooooo much fun
Good job Jason Watts losing to a mate is always easier.
Friend of the shop and mate of mine Brad Luff taking out the round on his strong RG and showing us all how it was done
Thanks to all Palmyra Drag Racing Club Inc staff for another good event
had a ball with all our mates
