AM Tracking is ACCER Maintenance's supplied, installed and managed vehicle and asset tracking service.

Depending on the equipment and setup, it can provide location and trip history, geofences, usage and idling visibility, maintenance reminders, driver-behaviour alerts and tamper or power-loss alerts.

We can supply an installed system or commission a suitable Arrow Global BLE device for self-install customers.

The SG-003A signal generator is included in the ACCER Sensor Test Box Basic Kit and can be used with the correct adaptor for 4–20 mA circuit testing.

Our new demonstrations cover:

• testing a 4–20 mA pressure transducer;
• reading a live 4–20 mA signal through the Sensor Test Box; and
• supplying a controlled test signal to help separate a sensor fault from a wiring or controller fault.

This demonstration shows the ACCER Sensor Test Box, an M12 adaptor and the SG-003A being used to test a 4–20 mA pressure transducer.

The breakout gives direct access to the circuit while it remains connected, making it easier to compare the supplied pressure with the transducer output and confirm how the circuit is behaving.

The ACCER Sensor Test Box gives a technician safe, accessible test points between a machine wiring harness and the connected sensor, switch, solenoid or other electrical component.

With the correct adaptor fitted, the circuit can be measured or isolated without cutting insulation or back-probing a sealed connector. It is built for practical fault-finding on machinery, commercial vehicles and industrial equipment.
