Last weekend, we were proud to sponsor the Motherland event right here in Longreach.

Motherland is a national charity dedicated to supporting rural mums, and it’s a cause close to our hearts. Out here, distance can make motherhood a lonely road, with no mothers’ group around the corner and family often a long drive away. Days like this bring women together to connect, share a laugh and be reminded that they’re not doing it alone.

Rural mums are the glue that holds our communities together, on the land, in the business and in the kitchen. To every mum who came along, and to everyone who helped make the day happen, thank you.

It’s on! The Longreach Rodeo Association's Longreach Rodeo & Horse Sports kicked off today, and we couldn’t be prouder to sponsor the three person team penning.

It’s the kind of event that shows what this town and this country are all about. Good horses, great teamwork and a fair bit of grit, with a crowd of locals and visitors cheering on every run.

Best of luck to every team competing, and a big thanks to the organisers and volunteers who work so hard to bring it all together. Get out there, soak up the atmosphere and support the riders.

We're proud to support Western Queensland Rugby Union, and the players who pull on the boots for clubs like Longreach Rugby Union week after week, from the juniors right through to the seniors.
