We had Brett’s Yamaha 60hp four stroke in for a complete annual service while running the engine we found it to be bogging down and a very rough idle. We found the bottom carby to causing the issue so we carried out a ultra sonic clean on the carbys and once re fitted we did a tune and sync on them getting this engine running good as new 👌

We had This Mercury 50hp two stroke in for full check over after recently been purchased we found the carbys to be causing some running and starting issues so we carried out a ultra sonic clean and tune on them and also a complete annual service to finish it off. Unfortunately after 3 trips the starter motor decided to shear the gear off luckily the motor started and the customer got back to the ramp a new starter motor and it’s ready to go 👌

We had our good mate Coopers Johnson 70hp in for a list of maintenance issues.
We carried out a ultra sonic carby clean and tune on the engine followed by replacing the throttle and shift cables after them completely rusting out and braking.
We finished it off with a new steering cable kit to fix the tight steering and a annual service and it’s ready for summer 👌

We had Jordan’s plate boat in for a list of maintenance and upgrades before heading away up north. We fit and welded up new boat catch and release to his existing winch post. We also fit and wired a new auto bilge pump and carried out replacing all 4 wheel bearing setups after finding water in every one due to dodgy seals and caps.
All sorted ready for plenty more trips north 👌

We had Blake’s Aluvan in for a steering upgrade we removed the old cable steering setup and supplied a new Baystar hydraulic steering kit with a new steering wheel.
A quick power bleed and it’s now a even better rig to use 👌
