"It was roughly around 430pm I was driving to collect my daughter from work and heard a noise coming from my tyre, I stopped to pull over and noticed there was a nail in the rear passenger side. Called Bridgestone and a lovely man answered the phone I told him above issues and he stated bring it down as they are closing soon, I was 6mins away.
