Our new ZF6hp26 NA+T builds are here. We take your NA box, and build it to (slightly) higher than standard Turbo ZF torque capability using a combination of machining and thinner high performance frictions and steels. A full rebuild including valvebody refurbish, genuine ZF rebuild kit, new bearings the lot, for not much more than wreckers are asking for a second hand Turbo box. Perfect for NA+T conversions not needing a ONE BILLION HORSEPOWER STAGE 25 box.

To better service the ZF 6hp Falcon community, we will be aiming to keep 3 or 4 fully refurbished and tested valve bodys in stock. They are superior to factory original with sealing and reliability improvements. They are supplied with everything needed to install in your ZF to save you chasing parts. 4 case sealing tubes, wiring plug seal and bridge seal included. Only filter and pan gasket, or plastic pan required depending on your application, which can be ordered as extras or are readily available from most auto parts stores.

Thought it was about time I got around to making some ZF content.
Just some of the parts list going into a high power/torque build. Quality parts from ZF seals kit and solenoids, to a heap of Sonnax aftermarket gear. Bush kit, Zip Kit, and billet E piston (overdrive). Exedy 1000WHP stage 2 friction package. Andre's build is also utilizing a DSR PERFORMANCE billet drop in 300m input shaft.

630hp and ALL THE Torque (TURBO BARRA) at the hubs through one of our full roller C4s. Billet forward and top/reverse drums allowing 7 frictions in each. Combined with a Broader Performance full reverse pattern valvebody makes holding power a breeze.

New toy for the lathe. Will make machining 4 pinion billet c4 carriers much faster.

We can now run 7 frictions in both forward and top/rev drums for unmatched torque holding ability. This is now possible using billet drums and a billet hub combination.

Another full roller C4 conversion heading out into a wagon. Broader Performance reverse pattern, billet input and billet 4 gear planetary, reinforced forward drum and all the usual good stuff. These are very popular these days. It brings the 60 year old design forward a few decades, while reducing fluid temps, contamination, and releases a few more ponies to the rear end.
