🔧 Toyota Hilux – Full Bendix Brake Upgrade

This Toyota Hilux came into the workshop for a complete brake upgrade to improve braking performance and reliability.

We fitted a Bendix brake package, including a rear disc conversion, replacing the existing rear drum setup.

The result is a complete braking system upgrade with improved braking performance, better pedal feel and, most importantly, a fully functional handbrake.

Another VE SS through the workshop this week for a transmission refresh 🔧

This one received a full transmission service along with new valve body seals to sort out internal wear and help restore shift quality. Finished off with a clutch relearn procedure to dial everything back in and give it that tight, responsive “new transmission” feel again.

These VE autos respond massively to proper servicing — smoother shifts, better drivability and happier transmission temps all round 👌

Another one through the workshop, this time a VW Crafter in for its 175,000km logbook service 👨‍🔧

During our inspection we also picked up a faulty harmonic balancer along with a worn belt tensioner before they had the chance to cause bigger issues down the track. Parts have now been ordered and the van will be back in next week for repairs 🔧

Keeping up with regular servicing and inspections helps catch these problems early and keeps your vehicle reliable on the road ✅
