This 190SL Mercedes has come a long way!! This is now a running driving car! We received the car as a roller with boxes and boxes of bits and lots of bits missing. From assembly to mechanical to wiring and fabrication we have got this car very close to getting it in on the road… time to motor on and get all those “little” things sorted now!

Here’s a couple of snaps of a huge project we have been involved with for some time. This is a complete custom one off build. It’s been a real pleasure working with the customer on this one. The attention to detail is next level. Going to be one epic Supercar. We have just completed stage one! It’s running a nexus R5 and 2x PD16. Some of the juicy details include… rear mount Lsa, ABS, lighting, electric power steering, electric hydraulic front suspension lift, electric windows, electric mirrors/fold in, ic7 dash, a/c and so much more… we used Deutschmark bulk head connectors so the whole loom is removable.. once ready we will remove the loom and tape/tidy for final fitment. For now this thing is ready to fire up and test drive.. Can’t wait to see what’s next.!

So this killer 190SL has been a slow burn … not only tackling the wiring we have been doing the complete re assembly… not a norm around here.. Most parts have come in a box un labeled. Without dismantling this complex car it’s a real mission to piece it back together.. We are starting to see some real progress now and it’s getting exciting! Can’t wait to see it finished. Super rewarding and time consuming!!! German engineering!

This is such a cool car!! We recently completed a complete re wire. These cars were way ahead of there time with some great electrics including: electric seats, quarter vent windows, side windows, air conditioning in the boot and dual heater fans.

Great project to be involved with! We hooked into a complete re wire inc Efi and made up and fitted A/C and heater lines. Just a small part of the overall build but still super rewarding! Great job Steven Alldrick
