🔧 FRESH 117 BUILD 🔧

This one came into the Richardson’s Harley-Davidson Service Department with excessive noise coming from the valve train — and once our technicians got into the diagnosis, they found component failure. 😬 Check out the pics!

Before going any further, the team measured the crank runout and thoroughly inspected the crank to determine whether a rebuild was viable.

The good news? 🙌 Everything measured within spec, giving us the green light to bring this motor back to life.

The engine was completely rebuilt using genuine Harley-Davidson components, along with some serious upgrades:

🔥 CNC Ported Heads
🔧 Genuine components throughout
🔧 Carefully measured, inspected and rebuilt by our experienced workshop team

Now it’s back together and ready to do what a Harley-Davidson should! 💪🏍️
