We are looking to start developing some more conversion products for the DIY market, particularly for older 4wd's. Whichever way we go it will be based around the LS2-LS3 and 6L80e engine / trans platform.

Our shortlist is the 120 series Prado, D40 Navara and RC Colorado.

It’s been a long wait—but the Ford Godzilla conversions for GU Patrols are finally here.
The Ford 7.3L V8 “Godzilla” is a pushrod, heavy-duty petrol engine delivering 430hp at 5,500rpm and 475–485 lb-ft of torque at 4,000rpm. Originally released in 2020 for Super Duty trucks, it features a cast-iron block, aluminium heads, forged steel crankshaft, and port fuel injection—earning a reputation for durability and strong low-RPM torque.

We currently have two vehicles on the road:
• One running a factory Nissan manual transmission
• One running a 6R140 automatic transmission

Moving forward, conversions will be offered with:
• Factory Nissan manual transmission
• F150 10R80 10-speed automatic

After testing, we’ve found the 6R140 to be unnecessarily large and overkill for the GU platform.

Pricing will be finalised next week, but our goal is to keep these conversions competitive with LS3 crate engine packages.

The process for a 2019-2022 Raptor includes the below :-
🔹New crate engine (*engine exchange).
🔹Mated to your original 10R80 auto transmission, which is upgraded to V8 mustang specification.
🔹 Full electronics integration.
🔹New exhaust system. Ceramic coated headers into a twin 3” to single 3.5” side exit exhaust.
🔹New air intake system.
🔹New air conditioning system.
🔹Fuel system.
🔹Hi Performance PWR cooling package.
🔹Standard brakes are retained, Upgrades are optional.

Pricing is $62,000 Plus engineering if outside of QLD.

We’ve already completed Next-Gen Raptor V8 conversions, and we’re now finalising development for the Next-Gen Ranger and Super Duty platform — but we need your help to bring it across the line.

We’re looking for one vehicle (preferably QLD-based) to undergo this conversion as part of the final development stage.

*Gen 4 F-150 5.0L V8 Coyote
