Job Opportunity: Immediate Start
Location: Hidden Valley Kununurra Caravan Park, Western Australia
We are currently seeking a couple (x 2 people) for two ‘all-rounder’ positions to join our friendly team at Hidden Valley Kununurra Caravan Park. See details below.
Hours are approximately 2 full days one week, 2.5 days the next (approx. 20 hours each per week).
Site for accommodation to be provided, must have own van or caravan.
Office/Housekeeping Position
Key Details:
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms; process deposits and confirmations.
• Greet and assist guests at reception; manage group bookings, special requests, and billing.
• Promote park facilities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance; prepare cleaner rosters and track service needs.
• Perform office tasks including cash handling, banking, filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Maintain reception cleanliness, manage light ironing, and support team cooperation.
Housekeeping duties as required.
Grounds Position
Key Details:
• Groundskeeping and minor landscaping
• Pool maintenance and testing – training can be provided
• Keeping common areas, grounds and guest facilities clean, tidy and well presented
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues requiring further attention
• Assisting with other practical, hands-on tasks around the property as required
Experience preferred but not essential
• Casual Rate of $37.35 per hour
Based on the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
