NT BOYS CHOOSE KUNUNURRA

As per the Westralia Cup bi-laws, our Northern Territory visitors have had to choose a Western Australian Club competing in this weekends Westralia Cup at Derby Speedway.

Jake Koivumaki, Lucas Fry and Kane Lloyd have all selected Kununurra Speedway Club as their club they are representing.

Action is about to kick off! If you’re not here make sure you are tuned into Clay-Per-View

🏁 SPEEDWAY THIS SATURDAY! 🏁

Just a reminder that we’re back on track this Saturday, 15th August!

Gates open at 5pm, with racing kicking off at 6pm. The canteen will be running, so come down, grab some dinner and enjoy a night of racing! 🍔🏁

Drivers: If you’re planning on racing this weekend, please make sure you message the club or email us to let us know you’re coming. It helps us get everything organised ahead of race night.

🏁 RACE MEET – SATURDAY 15TH AUGUST 🏁

Unfortunately, as a committee we’ve had to make the decision to change our upcoming double header on the 14th & 15th of August to a single night of racing on Saturday 15th August.

We sincerely apologise to anyone who had already made plans to travel for the two nights of racing, and we really appreciate your understanding.

That said, Saturday night is still going ahead, and we’d love to see all our drivers, both local and travelling, come along and join us for a night of racing! 🏁🔥

🚪 Gates open 5:00pm
🏎️ Racing starts 6:00pm

And while we’re only racing one night this weekend, get keen for the two weekends after! 🔥

Some of our Kununurra drivers will be heading across to Derby Speedway and Broome Speedway over the following two weekends for their huge double nighters. If you’re keen for some more racing, make the trip down and support our fellow clubs and the drivers making the journey! 🏁🤙

Looking for something to do this Saturday night? Come on down to the speedway and support your local drivers.

🏎️ There will be Street Stocks, Modified and Midget, Junior and Senior Kart racing!

The canteen will be serving up all your favourites, and the Wild Mango Cafe coffee trailer will be there with hot drinks to keep you warm throughout the night.

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, come on down and enjoy a night at the speedway. Bring the family, catch some great local racing, and support our drivers.

🌟 Community Grant Appreciation 🌟

The Kununurra Speedway Club would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley for awarding us a Community Facility Grant.

This funding will go towards renovations and improvements to our canteen, helping us create a better experience for our members, volunteers, competitors, and spectators. These upgrades will benefit our club and the wider community for many years to come.

We are incredibly grateful for the Shire’s continued support of local community organisations and the important role they play in bringing people together.
