Are you enthusiastic about cars the automotive industry? Would you like to be part of a globally recognised Smash Repairer? Fix Auto Darwin, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Detail / Yard Hand, to join our dynamic team. As a Vehicle Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers vehicle leave looking better than when they arrived!
This role is for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
•Vehicle Management: Organise and maintain the vehicle detailing list, prioritising vehicles for departure.
•Preparation: Ensure vehicles are cleaned of compound, cut and polish where required. Detailing of vehicles that are finished their repairs or required at auction houses.
•Organisation: Maintain a tidy and well-organised work area and allotment of vehicles on the detail list to facilitate easy access to vehicles.
•Assistance: Provide support to Panel Beaters and Painters as needed, including moving vehicles and assisting with customer collection – Having a manual driving licence is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•You would be a hard worker that is punctual, reliable and MUST have an eye for detail.
•Experience in a similar role would be highly desired
•Basic knowledge of vehicles and their operations is a plus.
•Have the ability to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles
•Must have a current valid driver’s licence.
•Fit and healthy
•We seek an individual with a current clear National Police Clearance or able to obtain one.
