A pretty cool conversion we recently completed, factory manual to TH400 with a TH400 gear vendor to activate an overdrive function.

About as custom as it gets with this particular job however trying to make it look as factory as possible.
Paul Rogers Performance Transmissions built TH400
SDE Torque Converters 3200 Stall
B&M Stealth Pro Ratchet shifter
Custom tail shaft
Speedflow Australia fittings and other various parts from the legends at Speed Pro
Tuff Mounts crossmember and drop box
And the final piece of the puzzle was a new gear indicator and surround thanks to Build Ninja who do some really awesome stuff.
The car had previously been fitted with a VCM16 camshaft and supporting mods from VCM Performance.

Coupled with the new transmission it makes quite the fun street car. Still retaining factory features, traction control, ABS, factory dash still working along with a factory speedo display.

VF GTS we recently converted from manual to TH400 with its new shifter surround courtesy of the guys at Build Ninja. They do some seriously good quality work and if you didn’t know any better you’d think this was the factory gear indicator.

Recently had this very tidy 2007 VE Clubsport in the workshop for a Magnuson Superchargers 2300 Heartbeat upgrade.

These early HSV’s were fitted with the cathedral port LS2 which in the past have caused issues with supercharger fitment. To work around this we supplied and fit a set of Aeroflow Performance adaptors and a new product to recently hit the market here in Australia Technico Racing engine mounts which we used to lower the engine to get everything under the bonnet while also being a significant upgrade over the factory mounts. These are now available via VCM Performance for both VE/VF and VT-VZ.

Coming to us with a camshaft and full exhaust system already fitted, we worked our magic with the new supercharger and SDE Torque Converters 3200 stall which resulted in 430KW and 1200NM at the rear wheels.

We have been a little quiet on socials lately.
Since covid we have changed the way we operate the worksop, working with just a small 2 man team and working on Quality over Quantity, unfortunately this does mean longer wait times, however ensuring the craftsmanship and mechanical knowledge is second to none.

Here are some projects we are currently working on.

VCM Performance Golf GTI, Upgraded Turbo, Intercooler, Dump Pipe, Intake, Fuel Pump, Coilovers, Catch Can and Tune all with HP Tuners

2017 Mustang GT in for a Harrop Engineering 2650, 420rwkw retaining Standard Headers.

VP Brock Tribute car in for an LS Conversion plus other exciting goodies, stay tuned for this one.

VF LS3 with the new Magnuson 2650 currently finishing up our R&D stages.

VZ Monaro we carried out some extensive work on previously, back in for a service & B&M Ratchet Shifter.

Something a little bit different in for an upgrade this week at Autotechnique.

2015 Maserati Ghibli S.

Consisting of zero mechanical upgrades we ran the car up in standard form spitting out 178KW of power and 460NM of torque through the 8-speed automatic.

A custom tune file was applied to the vehicle and resulted in 221KW and 610NM of torque, roughly a 20% increase in power.

A very good gain considering the car still remains completely standard mechanically.
