The answer is yes
Step 1
Wash window
Step 2
Sand with wet and dry sand paper
Deep scratches start at 500 grit
Finer scratches start at 1000 grit
Sand until scratches are gone
Step 3
Repeat sanding with finer grit until sanding marks are gone.
500,600,800,1200,1500,3000
Step 4
wash again
Step 5
Polish with ultrafine polish
Step 6
Hand polish with wax.
