Nearly 16 years, plenty of machines, countless tricky faults — and Adam Reichelt still enjoys turning up to work not quite knowing what the day will bring. 🔧

Adam started his apprenticeship with Ramsey Bros straight out of school. At the time, he didn’t know much about ag — he just knew he liked machinery and was keen to learn.

Fast forward 16 years and he’s still learning, still solving problems and still getting a kick out of finally finding the answer to a fault that’s had everyone scratching their heads.

From servicing and breakdowns to helping customers get new machines up and running, there’s a lot of variety to life as a technician. And for Adam, that’s a big part of what keeps it interesting.

We sat down with Adam to hear more about his journey, the people, the machines and how much the technician’s role has changed over the years.

Read Adam’s story in the latest issue of PARTNER Mag.🔗https://shorturl.at/TNSEb

And if Adam’s story has you thinking I could see myself doing that… we’re currently looking for an Agricultural Service Technician to join our team 👉 ramseybros.com.au/careers

A big thank you to everyone who joined us across Cummins, Cleve, Wudinna and Riverton for our Combine Performance Workshops.

It was great to get customers together, share practical knowledge and work through ways to get the most from your combine before the paddock gets busy.

Thanks for making the time to join us — we hope you’ve picked up plenty of useful tips to take into harvest and help make every hour count.

And when harvest rolls around, our teams will be there when you need us.
Here’s to a safe and successful harvest ahead.
