AusTimeAttack 2025- This year, we didn’t enter our shop car. It was the fact of what do we want out of our race car ! And today I have the answer ! We will enter in 2026. So whose car were we setting up for AusTimeattack! It was a nsw friend /customer from way back in 2018- . Andrew’s car happened to be in Melbourne for some carbon works and he booked it with us to align the aero , corner weigh his car and setup all the wheel alignment ! As we understand Andrew, he dropped off his car and half a trunk full of bits to say, hey can you fit all these for me too !! ? So we committed to that and said why not ! and while we were going through the car , we found heaps of things that were loose ! We spoke to Andrew and said , let me comb through the whole car and race prepped it for you ! So what was 2 days became - 1 week of planning, refitting stuff , changing clutches, changing fluids etc ! He missed practice day , but here he is Day1 . His morning session saw him beat his PB last year by 1.8sec. So a turbo e85 86 now is 1.33 at Winton. By the end of the day , he pushed the car into the 32. This made is proud. To help a customer and see his grin on this face saying there is more in the car … this is what our business is here for . So keep going ! Let’s see with some advise and adjustments if there is a 31 tomorrow !
