Todays classic radiator job was from a 1960s Alfa Romeo Spider which required a cleanout.After carefully removing the top tank from the radiator I rodded the radiator core,prepared the top header plate/tank,pressure tested and then repainted it. Its now good to go!!!

A recent job was to rebuild a radiator for a 308 V8 powered Holden. My customer, who was doing a full vehicle restoration,wanted his original radiator rebuilt with an Aussie made radiator core rather than just replacing it with an imported radiator assembly. After totally dismantling the radiator I prepared the radiator tanks/sidestraps,reassembled them to their bespoke radiator core, pressure tested and then repainted it. Its now good to go!!!!

Todays old school radiator job was from a beaut old 1962 Chrysler 300 which needed a radiator recore. After totally dismantling the radiator I prepared the radiator tanks/mounting straps,assembled them to their bespoke radiator core,pressure tested and then repainted it. Its now good to go!!!!

Todays old school radiator job was from a 1950s MG Magnette which needed a radiator cleanout and repair.After carefully removing the top radiator tank from the radiator I rodded the core,prepared the top tank/side brackets, reassembled them,pressure tested and then repainted it. Todays old school radiator job was from an old 1949 Bristol 400 which needed a radiator cleanout and repair.After carefully removing the top tank I rodded the radiator core,prepared the tank and core surfaces,resoldered the tank to the core,pressure tested and then repainted it.Its now good to go!!!!

Todays classic radiator job was to recore a Holden HZ Statesman radiator for a vehicle undergoing a full restoration.After totally dismantling ther radiator I prepared the radiator tanks/side straps,fitted them to their bespoke radiator core and then pressure tested it. Todays old school job in the workshop was a great old survivor 1977 HX Holden which needed a replacement radiator.After removing the old radiator I flushed the cooling system,fitted an inhouse recored OEM radiator assembly,fitted a N.O.S. factory fan shroud,refilled the engine coolant and then test ran the engine. Its now good to go!!!!

Todays old school radiator job was to build up a period correct Holden HQ 308 manual radiator.I put together a radiator tank/sidestrap set from my inventory,assembled them to a correct 38mm thick 8.4mm pitch 2 row radiator core,pressure tested and then repainted the radiator.Its now good to go!!!
