Precision work. Complex jobs. When you ask for 5 mins with my boys this is what you are interrupting. 10 lots of ‘just 5 mins’ means jobs are delayed and paying customers get frustrated. Please be considerate of our time.

During school holidays we, as do all mechanical businesses, get a surge of calls from people who have broken down mid trip. Often we can hear kids in the car, and can hear the desperation in the voice of the caller. We do our absolute best to help, when we can. However, we are booked out weeks in advance, and dropping everything for an unplanned repair can push our booked jobs back days, or even weeks, creating a flow on effect that impacts our regular customers- who in rural communities are often primary producers who need their machinery for their living. Please remember to be kind. We are all doing our best. And we will help if we can. And remember that regular servicing of your vehicle can prevent a lot of these issues!

RMs Diesel and Tractor Service would like to wish the family, friends and community of Aaron Ralph our deepest sympathies. Aaron recently supported us with our Community Open Day and fundraising event. During this time he talked so much about Community, and his commitment to being a part of change. He was an amazing young man, and we sit with you in grief at his loss. He made the world a better place in his short time and many will remember the impact he made. Our deepest condolences RMDTS team.
